Luxury Stone House Nestled Away In A 15th Century Village only 30 metres from the sea and just 2 minutes walk from the closest beach. Large roof terrace with BBQ with panoramic mountain views. Large flat screen TV's, Cable TV, Fast Wi-fi Internet, All floors have Air Conditions, 2 bathrooms. Some scenes on Game of Thrones were filmed within walking distance of the property. The house is unique as it is part of the original village that was formed in the 15th century. The house has thick stone walls and is a traditional Croatian stone house. The house has been renovated to a high standard for our guests. The main bedroom has a Super King Size bed. In the living room there are a further 2 sofa beds. One is a double and one is single so can sleep a maximum of 5 people. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and the roof terrace. You can also dine and grill food on the roof terrace with our brick BBQ in the warm weather and watch the stars in the evening.

ID Documents It is a legal requirement in Croatia to register all tourist guests with the tax office. We will require you to send us your travel ID document numbers after booking with name and DOB of guests (If we don't receive your ID documents we will not be able to guarantee your booking). No parties or events, No pets, No smoking, Suitable for children, Suitable for infants Important - Please be aware Croatia Tourist Tax In Croatia there is a tourist tax that must be paid. This is a low cost (less then 2 euros) and will be added to the booking automatically and is charged per guest per night. Check In times are below: Check in time - 2pm to 6pm Check out time - 7am to 10am Check In Standard check in times are between 2pm and 6pm Late Arrival: Our management company in Croatia may request additional charges as follows for Late Arrivals so please contact us if you plan to check in after 20:00. Check in after 23:00 is not available UNLESS specifically booked 2 weeks in advance and re-confirmed during the day. Check Out Standard Check out times are between 7am and 10am. Guest parties checking out before 07:00 may be subject to a €25 Euro charge, payment of this to be made on arrival. Please ensure you advise the owner or management company on arrival if you need an early checkout. Please respect the local neighbours. The house is within a residential area. No smoking inside the house please. Please be careful with young children on the roof terrace and on the stone staircase. There is a large balcony surround but children need to be supervised.

Cancellation policy

Flexible or Non-refundable - Standard Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Strict - Standard Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
