Croatian Stone House − A luxury vacation home by the sea
Stay in a much-loved destination in Croatia! Our cosy and well equipped house, situated in Kaštela. A magical village ideally located between Split and Trogir that will bring you an unforgettable vacation experience. Only 10 minutes from Split airport by car. The stone house is part of the original settlement of houses behind Castle Vitturi that was built in the 15th century and allows you to experience the real Croatia. The house has 3 fully air conditioned floors along with a large roof terrace. Guests are provided with fast Wi-Fi internet along with Cable TV (Euro channels & HBO Movies).
The house is only a short 2 minute walk to the local beach, located in a quiet street right in the centre of the village. Cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. The beaches of the Kaštela region combine into a 6km long string of bays and bathing areas with many shaded by pine trees. Live like a local in the centre of a village.
On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with table and seating for five, espresso machine, dishwasher, as well as a bathroom. The front of the house opens on to a beautiful narrow pedestrian alleyway away from the road.
The large roof terrace offers amazing panoramic views over the Kozjak mountains and a brick BBQ is provided for guests. The entire house is rented privately as one single unit. Sleeps up to a maximum of 5 people.

On the second floor is a private bedroom with wardrobe and a large super king size bed for our guests comfort. There is also a 2nd bathroom on this floor with shower.
On the third floor we have an open plan room that can be configured as a 2nd bedroom for families or used as a permanent living room for couples. This depends on our guests requirements. The room comprises of a large sofa bed that can sleep 2 people along with a single sofa bed allowing up to 3 people to sleep on this floor. The room has a 42 inch flat screen TV with premium European cable channels including HBO Movies. There is also a small desk and chair allowing you to comfortably work from a laptop.

Check-out: 07:00 – 10:00
Cancel up to 90 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 60 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
Late Arrival:
Guest parties checking in between 20:00 – 21:00 will be subject to a €20 Euro charge on arrival
Guest parties checking in between 21:00 – 23:00 will be subject to a €35 Euro charge on arrival
Sunday Arrival:
Check in on a Sunday is only available if booked 2 weeks in advance and check in time is pre-agreed
Guest parties checking in on a Sunday will be subject to a €25 Euro charge on arrival
Early checkout or Sunday checkout:
Guest parties checking out on a Sunday will be subject to a €25 Euro charge, payment on arrival
Early Checkout: Checkout arrangements are made at check in if early checkout required
Guest parties checking out before 07:00 will be subject to a €25 Euro charge, payment of this to be made on arrival. Please ensure you advise us if you need an early checkout.
